On a different note, the technicians working on putting my space saver tire back in the car had some issues. I had to show them how.
Tanner was nice and I had a pleasant experience. All the service advisors are great that is the only reason I go to bob baker for my services and it’s the closest Subaru to me.
The experiences I’ve had with upper management and the body shop is a different story and I despise bob baker for that. I tell everyone I know to not go there and definitely tell them to not buy their vehicles there. :)

I loved all the Golfs I’ve owned (GTI, R32, R). However, it doesn’t seem like VW Corp cares about me.

My vehicle is scratched, the rear left wheel, rim of my vehicle is damaged, post car washed has caused scratches to the surface of my car. I informed Erik Lopez that I had an appointment at 5:00PM. He assured me that the vehicle will be done at 4:30PM. PLEASE NOTE that my car was dropped off at 11:30AM for the service. I have left a voice message to service manager to contact me asap to remediate this issue. This is a huge issue for me. I trust Bob Baker to handle my car with care and this have put a really bad experience on me and make me question whether any service you provided was executed at all. Trust is in questioned now.
JP did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my car. My only issue is that there was lots of grease from finger prints on driver's window left after they fixed up and down problem. Took me an hour to get them off.
