I went in there because I was having problems connecting with my apple device
I had already spoken to two advisors that told me to bring it in for an update as apple had one. It was a bad morning. I felt like the service advisor was rude. So rude I was ready to walk out.
I also was waiting for a shuttle which I didn’t get for an hour when I went outside to find out why no one had come to give me a ride.
To top it off when I got home I saw on my invoice that they said to
Make sure to tell the customer that I have a rodent infestation. No one even bothered to tell me
This is a brand new car that I am paying slot of money for
I have never even heard of a rodent problem in cars. I called the service dept. this evening and they told me to
Bring a bar of Irish spring soap and they will
Tape it on.
I’m disappointed to say the least. Customer service has gone down hill in this day and age. I felt like I was just another number and disrespected rather than a customer who should be welcomed
Let me know how I should proceed with bringing it in for the rodent problem. I’d like to know what else I can do without ruining the car. The car is being leased.

Will always gives good service, but he went above and beyond this time. When I picked up my car, I noticed a new warning light. Worried that it was related to the repair, I brought the car back and showed the warning light to Will. It was a burnt out headlight. Will took me to parts, helped me find the bulb, and then put it in himself. Such great service. Thank you, Will!
Very quick service, minimally disruptive to our activities. Success of the procedures (software update to modules, radio freeze fix) will be determined over time.
