Everything I needed done on my car was done fine, I have no complaints there. I was told the recall service being done would take an hour and told the service provider I would be waiting in the waiting area. Almost 2 hours into the service I finally asked about my car and he told me they were just driving and checking to make sure it was good to go, 30 minutes more it was finally done. I was told it took an hour and 15 minutes more than original quoted because the computer froze during the service. I understand things like this happen I just wish I would have been kept updated.

After taking the day off of work, and then being asked by Volkswagen to our for my own rental car when the work being done was a Volkswagen caused issue, I showed up to get my vehicle only to find they didn’t double check their work and the sensor was still broken. This was only met with more waiting and no response to my having to pay for a rental car or the inconvenience of discovering their oversight.
