Tanner gave exceptional service. He was patient & listened carefully about my concerns with way my Outback drives. (It doesn’t feel tight when I steered my car. I was use to my previous car, a Volvo sedan & previous to that, a Volvo SUV. Neither were all-wheel drive). So he explained (briefly) that AWD has a different feel with all 4 tires pulling at the same time. My Outback felt much better this time after it’s servicing at 7K miles. I will ask for him the next time my car is serviced!! I like His detailed explanation, which I could understand! Mary Pat Downey

Just wasted my whole day just to not be able to fix my 02 sensor high voltage and pretty much do nothing with my car . Tanner was awesome but the mechanics there like to waste time

When I got home, I read the paperwork. It stated there was an oil leak . I am disappointed that I didn’t receive a call while my car was in your shop for 4 days. I would have paid for you to resolve this. When I picked up my car, there was no mention of the oil leak from the attendant. For your records, my husband, Orville, died . I explained this twice to the attendants while dropping off and picking up my car. I completed the title change, it is in my name: Maureen SheaWeston.

Every thing took longer than expected: 1) waited about 15 minutes until advisor was available to check me in. 2) waited 2 hours for the key programming. Estimate was 1 hour. I feel I wasted at least 1 hour there. But advisor was friendly and helpful.

The staff and service was exemplary. I appreciate the time they took to work with me and on my vehicle. The only reason I am unsatisfied is they were unable to resolve my problem. We will work on it again at another time.
