Car wash job was horrible. I could barely tell it was washed. Dirt all over the car and wheels and the car was not very dirty to begin with. Keep in mind the car has less than 5000 miles. Disappointing.
Took 15 min to bring my car out after arriving

On my only two visits to your facility, it is nice to know that some outfit in this world is very organized, efficient, professional, caring, and clear. You guys outdo anyone I've seen in many years, no matter what industry!

Service was great as always!
I was happy with the execution but had 2 main issues with the service:
1. I was in for a recall on my Subaru Outback. I received notification via email that the work was needed but there was no mention that it’s normally a multi-day task. I found out when I got there I had to leave it for 2 days. I complained and then they did it overnight instead. Was definitely not expecting that.
2. When I arrived, I wanted 30 minutes standing in front of my car before I was helped, despite having an appointment and being on time. I waited while people behind me were helped, while people waited and got rental cars, while other people just drove up and walked off with no appointment and no waiting. I almost completely walked out never to return. Frankly, I’m considering never returning because why would I want to buy a new car from a place with such poor service.
Bobby is a fantastic service representative.
Zachary is an fine fellow, smart, engaging, personable. Zach went above and beyond for me.
