The drop off at 7:30 am took entirely too long. It took more than 15min for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Cars that pulled in behind me received attention from an advisor before me. The guy who was placing a floor and seat protector in all of the vehicles completely ignored my vehicle and actually stood around waiting and never placed a floor or seat protector in my car. Once an advisor actually acknowledged my presence he told me that you didn’t even offer one of the services I choose on the website, a complete detail. The advisor then informed me I couldn’t pick my car up after work at 5:00pm because no one would be there and I would have to come back on Saturday. I had to make arrangements to pick up the car on my lunch break. $300 for an oil change and a brake fluid exchange. Never again. Thanks for asking.

We sat outside in chairs we came with. Our car didn’t move from its original spot for 1 hour. I believe the scheduling should be better organized. We would have gladly come at 2:00 so our wait would have been just for the service. Completely satisfied with the service. The wait was unnecessarily long.
Mr. Phillips was friendly, helpful, and considerate. I would recommend him to anyone looking to service their vehicle.
The service contact person was great. Very nice and helpful. But a one hour service took four and a half hours. Pretty inconvenient.

Mr. Philip was a great representative.When I got my car back from my first oil change in my first new car it smelled like burnt oil on the outside. When I was in the vehicle it also smelled like burnt oil. I’ve noticed residual oil smoke abnormally coming out of my grill non stop. So I brought it back to Mr. Philip and he noticed the smell as well and took it right in to get it cleaned up. When I got it back it wasn’t smoking until I get back to work. I’ve also noticed they’ve torn my sticker off my glove box saying to be removed by customer only. No big deal but come on. I’ve also noticed light scratches along the driver front bumper. And oil on top of my bumper. Thank you for your time
