I want to send a big THANK YOU to Tanner Knapp for helping me diagnose my Outback. I told him I had an important meeting to go to that afternoon and he quickly got my vehicle in to check the alert I was getting on mySubaru app. They found no issues and got me back on the road in no time.

I used to go to Kearny Mesa Subaru. Until one day, I couldnt find an appointment with them, and resorted to scheduling a service at Bob Baker Carlsbad. That is when I met Tanner, who has been so excellent, professional, and knowledgeable in what he does. I permanently switched to Carlsbad Subaru for my car services from then on.
