Came in for 24k service without an appointment and Eric got me pretty quick. I was pretty much on the road again in about an hour and a half which included the car wash.
The only hiccup was that the last page of my paperwork( the hand written one) had a different license number, I’m hoping that the service was done that was reported, I just will ignore the notes written on that page.
Excellent service. All staff were courteous and made sure I was well attended to. That includes personnel from service area and parts. I didn’t get everyone’s names so I’ll call out two who stood out: Albert in parts and Zak in service.
Their attentiveness to me characterized what I saw there. I that type of customer service reflects good management.

My wife and I were very impressed with Tanner. Really courteous and explained everything. Turned out they found a nail in one front tire when rotating during service. Retuned and fixed the next day with no problem.
