I could go without ever talking to Blair or having him service my me again. His non verbal communication was as rude as anyone that I have ever seen. And the tone on his voice horrible. And i heard him speak to other so OT might just be a personality thing between us. But he is the only one there ever that I felt was rude to me.
Just like every other service appointment I’ve had at Avondale Nissan, Blair goes out of his way to address any issues and he explains things so that I understand. In addition to being organized and knowledgeable he is pleasant and easy to deal with. One of the best service advisors I’ve dealt with over my 50+ years of owning cars.

Adam went above and beyond to accommodate a repair that would have impacted my travel plans. I brought my truck in for an oil change and the tech discovered an issue with a fan. He expedited the part so I could get the repair done on a Saturday so I could leave on time for my trip Monday.

Quick service. Got me in sooner than expected. Hood left open by some, either in service department or when cleaning vehicle. This is 2nd time when cleaned hood not completely and securely closed.
