Brad, the service writer took me at my appointment time, and we walked through the items my truck required. He was quick and thorough, and pleasant to talk with. The truck was returned to me looking better than when I took it in. When I went to pick it up, Brad took me over all that had been done during the service. I appreciated that he took the time to point out the items that had been accomplished.
0ne and a half hour plus is much too long for an oil change.

I have taken my vehicle to anither nissan dealer ships and never have struggled to hear back or get a gold of an agent. Me and my husband scheduled an appointment at 8 in the morning and did not get the car until almost 4 and the car was done by two. This us unacceptable I rather drive to another location then deal with this type of service
