There was a “fire” happening in Avondale Service department and Rene was “cool as a cucumber”!!! I have been going to Avondale Nissan for over 10 years and wow! That day it was super busy… Renee remained calm, pleasurable, patient, and as always extremely respectful !!! It all started to soon as I got out of the car when the lady car attendant… I don’t know her name she wears glasses and she’s been there for years…Greeted me with a smile on wished me a great day! And then to top it off with all the things I needed done, the technicians made sure my car was running to perfection and I got my car done all in one day…! I was very very grateful because as a teacher of the school year is about to start… It provided me one less stress, and a great running vehicle to get to school! Tony, who was busy tending to business, even managed to stop and greet me… Which that means the world to me because back in the day Tony used to be my service advisor! I miss working with him! Yet, it is always a treat to get to wish him a great day! Now, It did bother me when I overheard one of the ladies tell a co-worker they weren’t allowed to have any service tickets on their desk… I don’t understand… That is one of their primary jobs… And I don’t understand how they are supposed to be effective in their job when they have to worry about a paper laying on their desk… Another thing I would offer is I think the service advisors need to have another printer… When things are bustling and they have to squeeze together to get to one printer… I think about those gentlemen do enough that another printer could be provided to them... if you don’t believe me… Why don’t you ask them during one of your service meetings… Ask then if it would lower their job stress… Think about dealing with all Those customers coming in at the morning time and at the end of day… It would not only help the advisers but it would make the customers feel like it’s a smooth running machine… Just for like Renee… Cool as a cucumber!
