Julie Spickerman is awesome and the only service person I will do business with. I have worked with other service people at this location a s they were short and They didint care about my experience there. I am a widow who needs help with advice on my vehicle. Without ripping me off and lying to me. Julie is caring and honest.

He was great I was just not happy having to sit in my truck for 4 hours with the AC running because the two truck took forever then they called another company and it took them about half hour to get there so I didn't like that 4 hour wait when it was 112 degrees. But he had my car ready as promised.

I had to take my vehicle in for a second time for the same issue. The technician was not able to recreate my concern on first visit. On second visit, advisor rode along and heard the problem. I WA hear back a week later once part came in. Sadly I never got an update. What gives?
