Blair was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional during my recent visit to Avondale Nissan. The thing I appreciated the most was that he recommended some services that may be needed in the future but did not pressure me to get work done that day or even that week. Most of all I appreciated the fact that I wasn’t charged for a simple diagnostic test that gave me assurance my car was okay. Thank you, I will definitely come back to Avondale Nissan for my future service.

Michael didn’t keep very good updates, I’d text the number and he wouldn’t respond. He’d call like once a day and said he’d call the next day but never did and I had to make sure to call. Then he still wouldn’t update me as promised, eventually I went and sat at the place to make sure my car was getting done.
Good job by Mike ,thought 2 hours was a little long for oil change and rotation,but service was good.

This was my second worst experience with an auto service company.
We took my wife's vehicle, which is under warranty, in for a tire repair at 7:45 am. I understand that we didn't have an appointment so it was going to take longer. So we left the establishment so they could fix the tire.
I was texted soon afterwards by my service advisor, Blair who requested I text in any questions. At 11:22 I requested an update on when the vehicle would be ready. I received no response. Again at 1:19 I requested an update with no response. I finally call at 2pm, 6 hours after I dropped off the vehicle, and was told the vehicle was ready.
I arrived at 2:15 to pick up our vehicle and was told nothing was wrong with the tire that went flat so they took it off and sealed the rim and put it back on. No problem with that.
They then handed me the keys to someone else's vehicle. I went outside and the parking attendant handed me my key. I was confused and pressed the unlock for the extra key that they gave me inside and someone else's vehicle beeped and unlocked.
The last thing I did was voice my complaint to the text number they gave me and I received a one word response... It said, " Apologies."
If it wasn't for the warranty I would not use Avondale Nissan again... Ugh
