David was outstanding and a real true Professional. One of the best i have experienced in customer relations. Very detailed in explaining the results of the inspections performed oon my car including an impressive knowledge of tire related issues. David needs to be recognized by Nissan management for going above and beyond the norm. I also saw him status others of the progress of their cas in the waiting room asking them if they had questions along the way. Please note i am 76 years old and obviously have seen it all. You have a true winner here with David. .

When I called over the phone the service parts advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable, however when I met him in person he did not seem as friendly or willing to help out. Was kind of short with me. He was responsive with questions I had after dropping off my vehicle but when asked a question he never responded back. Some of the other service representatives also didn’t seem to care about my issue with my car and just sat around talking. I may not have fit the part of the person dropping off my car but at the same time I feel that people should also not be so quick to judge if they do not know my current situation.

My assigned service advisor is no longer employed at the dealership, I approached Michael explaining I did not have an appointment, and he immediately stopped what he was going to assist me and get my car in for an oil change. He was very polite, greeted me with a smile and made me feel as if I never skipped a beat!!! Hats off to Michael, he is the definition of exceptional!!!
