Car was in and fixed so I was able to get to my work on time. Micheal was very courteous and helpful Great Job Micheal. The only negative was a person going around the waiting area asking people to buy a different car When I want a differen car I will come to you. Didn't like it.

Had a 10:00 a m appointment. At 4:45 p m got a call having trouble completing the service and would call at 8:00 a m tomorrow with an update. Got the call on time and I agreed with added service requirement. Servicing should be done by noon. At 2:00 p m got a text that car was ready. I will say that without the rental car provided at no charge I would have been left with no way to get to a job I had on Tuesday. I question why an appointment is needed if a 4 to 5 hour job would not have been completed until very late in the day. Jose did a good job of keeping me informed. The problem I believe is in scheduling service in order of appointments.

I didn’t like the customer services the he gave me, didn’t even call me back when the car was ready, I have to Drive to the dealership to see if my car was ready to pick up.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge and the confidence that Blair knew about my car Rouge. Blair explained about the 2 recalls that my car needed. I was very glad that the recalls were taken care of, so that I didn’t have to return back to the dealership.

I didn't have an appointment as I had roadside service give me a jump. The shop put in a new battery and took care of the recall notice. I was taken care of in a timely manner.

Lack of communication. No message that my vehicle was not ready for pick up Saturday. I didn’t know service area closed at 4 pm. I called after 5 pm. Thought you close at 6 pm. Vehicle runs very well. Thank you. I received a call Monday morning but missed it, a message was left. I’m glad a day off is given on Sunday to employee’s.
