I checked in to service on 10/25/2019 at 9am and didn't get my car back until 2pm. I drove off and the problem persisted and I had to turn around and go back to service. I got the car back again around 2:45 and drove off only to have the same problem and had to turn back again, I worked on my computer in your coffee station the entire work day due to having to come back twice ...a total of 3 visits in a single day. The problem seems to be fixed ... only time will tell. My service rep (Rene) was courtiuos and very apologetic. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you. Jason

When I dropped my vehicle off no one was there to get my information, so I walked inside where there were desks full of service advisors. No one acknowledged me for the first few minutes, then someone said we’ll be right with you. After five more minutes of standing there I stood in front of Adams desk where he helped me. It always takes extremely long to get an oil change, the longest time I’ve ever spent getting service.
