Michael Santana at Avondale Nissan is,simply said, invaluable. I am usually not a big fan of warranties, guaranties, and the like...... because they usually fail you when you need it most. After my daughter had a frightening incident on I-10 and came back to Michael to look into the tire repair, First, he listened. Second, he comforted the whole situation by immediately ordering what needed to get ordered -no hassles. He then provided an honest and realistic timeframe. And he delivered!!! :-) Thank you Michael !!!! It is not fun to have to deal with the people who are at the front of warranties and the interpretation of them but Michael made the difference for my family. The next vehicle in to need tires is my husband and we will most certainly come to Michael Santana at Avondale Nissan to get them : D
The service was good service manager Michael was very pleasant and professional he came and got me when the car was done.
He also answered my question as to why the radio stations on my car were changed when they did the recall and oil change he said that the recall was a computer upgrade and that could’ve caused the channels to be changed.
