Adam Soto is my service provider I called to check on the recall issue with my vehicle I have a Nissan Murano he scheduled an appointment to look at it and take care of me right away and will followed up with me when the parts are in. He assured me that my car was OK not to worry he does exceptional work.

You have a wonderful texting system to update your customers with, use it. I text several times for updates and didn’t receive anything in a timely manner. (3 hours later). I asked for a shuttle pickup and because he didn’t answer my text I was the last pick up of the day. I will not do that again. Use the technology you have.
