Electrical problems in a car are the most frustrating. With the diagnostic equipment available in the dealership and the training of the individuals involved in the repair, I feel for them but the repair still wasn't completed. When 8 take it to the auto electric specialty shop I'll be sure to let my service tech know of the outcome so he can benefit and know what the outcome is and what he saw when working on it. I am extremely HAPPY with the individuals in the attempt to repair my car but still frustrated with the fact the problem still exists.

Brandon went out of his way to try to determine the issue with my mph gauge and the engine sound when starting. He was not able to determine the cause of either , but hopefully the issues are resolved.

Blair Hummel is a good service adviser he does his very best that he can for me with in reason against Nissan Corp on my tail light but I should not have to be going through what I am going through with Nissan Corp with a extended warranty....I am appreciated that they keep replacing my tail lights but the problem is not fixed so we keep going through this same problem over and over it's just fixing the problem cosmetically

Rene ALWAYS treats me with kind respect. That goes a LONG way in my book! That's why I still go to the service department, to get something even minor like a brake light changed... Tony is the rock of service and I respect and appreciate both of them!!!
