Great, friendly service. Faster than other times. Usually for regular oil change I have to wait for two hours yesterday it took only 50 minutes, I call that improvement
Your guys’ Service is the worst. We will never be making business with Avondale Nissan ever again. They couldn’t help me when my car’s transmission, they weren’t able to bring up a an extended warranty I purchased when the car was bought. I also took it later on for a tire change and they didn’t replace and the representative George Anaya said they couldn’t replace and he got down my name and my phone number and said he would call me and I never got a call back so I took it back for the same time a month later and that’s when they finally changed. When I went to go pick up the car he mentioned the warranty and if I wanted to fix the transmission when I had already fixed it outside of the dealership since they said I didn’t have an extended warranty. Over all my experience with that dealership has been the worst.
George was great! Everyone at A.N. strives to satisfy their customers. I am continually impressed.
