Everyone was very friendly and communicative but I was a bit disappointed in how long it took for the work to be done. My car was towed in on Wed afternoon and I finally got it back on Friday afternoon! Maybe I’m wrong but that seemed like a rather long time. Otherwise, everyone was great!

Brandon Moles is the man! Super easy to work with. Goes out of his way to make you get the best service possible for your car. Straight shooter. It’s the little things in! Brandon is exceptional at his job!

Rene in the service department service was very good and I was happy with the service, I received. The time that it took for my oil change was very unsatisfactory, I think 2 and a half hours is a little excessive, also I would like to know if the issues with my struts are covered under my warranty, this was not explained to me if it was covered but the shelf life of my brake pads were explained to me and that they are not covered. Overall I'm happy with service but I am a little inpatient and don't like waiting that long. Being from a small town in Washington I'm accustomed to having my oil change in 15 minutes.

Julie and the maintenance boys got my Titan in and serviced fast. I was explained what needed to be fixed and or replaced and that the sound I had previously heard could not be replicated but the technician adjusted the brakes as that is what might be causing it. Very pleased with set.
