Asked for diagnosis of emissions system problem, instead of diagnosis i was told to replace non nissan parts with nissan with no explanation as to why. Furthermore, service advisor failed to keep us updated as to status. I had to call several times. Was told vehicle would be washed and ready in 40 minutes. When we arrived 50 minutes later, vehicle not been washed. With no explanation as to why not or offer to do it.

I didnt have an appt . But that didn’t matter. He advise there was 5 cars ahead of me and it would be about 1hr 1/2 . I advised that was fine . I got home and got a call advising me that my vehicle was ready . Upon arrival they pulled my car up and handed me my key fobe . My car was cleaned and vacuumed. I really appreciate the service rendered .
