Actually, I didn't have much interaction with David because another customer was having a lengthy conversation with him when I was dropping off and he has on a phone call when I was picking up. Fortunately other sales reps ( next one on his right and later the rep on his left) we're able to assist me. Even though I didn't have much interaction with David, my needs we're met, and I was a happy customer. Thanks for asking!

I brought my vehicle in for one specific issue. I was told I needed a battery and several other repairs. I authorized some but the initial issue (cooling fan assembly) was not resolved. Five days later the vehicle overheated on the freeway and had to be towed. No, I am not satisfied with my service experience.
Brandon always makes our visits to avondale Nissan exceptional. His incredible customer service keeps me coming back to avondale Nissan. He goes above and beyond and even when you guys are swamped with work, he always has a smile and his customer service is always a 10.

The only thing I was not happy with was that they had mentioned they did a car wash and it was not done. I know it was just a car wash but if it was not done just say you didnt have time or dont tell me it was done.
