Makes sure I understand everything. Let’s me know the recommendations for repairs on the car as to what needs to get done soon and what can wait a little longer. I receive an email telling me he has scheduled the appointment when I call in to ask for an appointment. He also lets me know the car is finished through email. He is just very helpful. He is polite, doesn’t rush explanations.
