I will never bring my car back for service there. For several reasons. I was given a quote on the phone but the price was higher after the job was done. It took almost 8 hours to do brakes,your shuttle wouldn't pick me up to retrieve my car. The biggest problem was being told I needed rear brakes when in fact they had been replaced not even a year ago,by You Nissan,when I mentioned that to your service technician Michael, he told me that the rear brakes on the "Altima" go out often I was very upset and disappointed to know that I'm stick with a lemon and will have to spend constant money to keep this car operable. I am so regretful that I own a Nissan. And I would like someone to follow up with me regarding this survey. Preferably management. Thank you. Very unhappy customer.

Every time, including this time, I have an oil change I make sure to make an appointment. And each time, with the exception of once, it takes a minimum of 2-2.5 hours to complete it. This time around I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I was initially told that it would take 1-1.5 hours for service. I received no notification about any delays and no messages from Nissan or its staff with the exception of a single text message 2.5 hours into my wait that I had not been forgotten about and that my vehicle was still being worked on. There was nothing written as to why there was such a delay or an estimate of how much more I would have to wait. I would like to say that this time was the exception, however it is moreso what I have learned to expect. I purchased my current vehicle from the Avondale Nissan dealership in 2018 and decided to add the extra service/warranty that included the oil changes for 6yrs or something like 72k miles. At this point I am not so happy I did so. I would almost rather spend the money to take it elsewhere.

Without me even asking he addressed the recall on my car. He kept me updated as to how long the wait would be and even ran the car through the car wash

Brad surprised me by calling so quickly with the recall part. He accommodated my schedule and when I arrived at the dealership met me at the car before I could even think about getting out. He kept me up to date on the status of my car. Called me when it was ready and washed up. Walked me out to my car to make sure all things were as they should be. Brad has a great and pleasing personality which is refreshing to work with. Way to go Brad

Brought in my vehicle for oil servicing about 6 months ago, highlighted that there was squeaking on the right side of the vehicle, however no fault or rectification was done. Yesterday when I came down and did oil servicing again, highlighted the same squeaking sound and I was told that the warranty was over and had to pay a fee for fault isolation. Could the assessment had been done during the warranty period rather than asking the customer to pay for the assessment after the warranty period?

This was my first time in for service at Avondale Nissan & Mike was great to work with. Super friendly & fast service. I live in Peoria, but will definitely make the drive to Avondale for service again!
