I would have liked a better explanation and showing of what was done to my car. Also, updates on completion during my wait and a review of the receipt/bill.

I brought my Altima in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and front brake replacement and resurface of the rotors. I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. and, based on what I was told when I made the appointment, the brake service would take about 2 hours. By 1:30 I was still waiting and inquired about the status. I was told that the rotors needed to be turned twice and that was why the service was taking longer. No one came to me to tell me about the delay. At about 2:15 I was told that my vehicle was ready, only to find out that the oil change had not been done and could I please wait another 10 minutes. I waited and left with my (unwashed at my request) vehicle at 2:30, which was a total of 5-1/2 hours. Totally unacceptable.

Sent an appointment right when you guys opened for an oil change. Was told 45 min or less took over 2 hours to pull a drain plug drain the oil in the oil pan unscrewed an oil filter and put oil in. Not a 2 hour job paids more in labor cost than product cost
Always have the best customer service experience with Rene, from the beginning to the end. Is one of the reasons believe it or not why we decided to buy our vehicles here.
