Of the numerous service reps on duty at the time of my appt, Blair was the one helping a customer with no appt when I arrived. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there, waiting patiently to be checked in. Another service rep offered to help me, which I appreciated. I was also the one who, after the estimated wait time, had to go searching for my vehicle, which happened to be sitting at the front of the “completed” line. My appt was just for a pre-paid oil change; I definitely did not feel like a valued customer.

David was amazing. It was so nice to be a female and not be talked to like I knew nothing about vehicles. I had a great short conversation with him about manual vs standard transmissions and he didn't even bat an eye or talk down to me (like I was a woman who knew nothing). It was a very nice change of pace since frequently I get asked if I ran the car out of gas or forgot to put the clutch in when my car breaks down or needs a tow. Yay David!
