Came in for an oil change and asked for service department to look at my gas door that hasn’t been opening when pulling the lever. Was told they “rigged” it so that it’ll close, even though it was closing just fine for about a month since it stopped opening with the lever. Now the door doesn’t close at all.

My car brings a small knock at the back door. I tried to talk to the seller about the day that happened, but I feel like he does not like to talk to me. I have been a customer for a long time and it is not good to be treated like that.
