Rene has no knowledge of the vehicles, he lies about what is wrong and what needs repaired. He authorized repairs that were not covered by warranty and did not ask for authorization to go ahead for the parts and made us pay for them. He would never call us back to update us on what was going on, we had to call every time. Your dealership had our van for a month and never made an effort to accommodate us.

Rene and his team couldn't make the repair of my window today. He contacted the glass company right away & called me while driving home. We have repair appt. Scheduled for Monday.

I have been very impressed with the service I have received over the last three years. Brandon has always been exceptional---professional, informative and always answers any questions I may have. He explains things so thoroughly that I feel well informed and able to make a decision if one is needed.
I ended up at the dealership today cause something was wrong with my tire it was low on air. So I ended up with another service advisor. Blake was great at keeping me informed during the three days my vehicle was in the shop. My vehicle was supposed to be done by day one, but Blake was able to get me into a rental car for the three days my car was being worked on. I did really appreciate this act because I was spending a large sum ($2300.00) on repairs. Because of Blake's decisions I will have no problem having the dealership service my car in the near future.
