My family has purchased about 10 cars in the past 15 years from Avondale Nissan. My mom and dad insisted that I take my car to the dealership for service, something I have not done my previous vehicles. I was told 2 hours when I made the appointment, it took 3.5. No response when I asked for an update in response to a text from you. Shuttle took an hour before I left the dealership. Definitely not exceptional.

Next day after oil change and tire rotation, my steering wheel started shsking badly on the highway. Many semi trucks and traffic going to Buckeye City, where I work. Had it towed to Nissan. Problem was loose lugnut. Very,very dangerous to have this happen after service I know it was a busy day when i had servic. My question is: What is the process for inspection AFTER service to vehicles when service is completed? I've never had a problem before. Techs should be aware of this incident. Will follow up on this.
