Brandon Rivera told me while scheduling my appointment, that I had several recalls on my Pathfinder. On the day of the appointment, he told me there were none, and that my service would take 2 hours. I took my vehicle in at 7am, I heard from Brandon around 11:45 am.... then nothing more. I didn’t get my vehicle back till 2 pm!!! And NO ONE knew where my vehicle or paperwork was. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
