Wife went to deliver truck for insurance repairs last week your service manager wanted her time for over an hour and complained about insurance company policies instead 9f being the solution he was part of the problem so a week later when we can come back for repairs to my side mirror work performed wife asked about getting the def filled and again service manager says that's a different department and you will have to pay well of course we will pay just figured you guys might buy in bulk and be cheaper then retail stores anyway service manager insisted we purchase def elsewhere since it would be quicker really just help us with what we ask
