They should inform the client. It would be one of your priorities, when I call wanting to know what's going on with the car, they always put me on hold or the answering machine. and 15 minutes before closing the place;was they called. Not be professional and leave me waiting to know nothing that was going on, I take the pressure and I ended up in the ER of a hospital because of the anger that made me pass. If my friend does not help me to take me to the garage and to offer lodging in her house, it would have been without car and sleeping in the street. That's not right! They must be professional at all times. Since it is not cheap to repair the car at the dealer. These are other things that I have to fix to my car, but just as they behaved it leaves a lot to be desired with professionalism.
