Service technician identified several items requiring attention our service technician review them against our warranties and determined most of them were covered then scheduled and resolved. He also arraigned for a loaner vehicle at no cost to us. When the repairs took longer than expected he kept us informed on issue.

I was a previous long term customer at Avondale Nissan but became extremely dissatisfied with the service advisors I had dealt with so I took my business elsewhere. Recently I needed some repair work on my 2013 Nissan that I felt would be best dealt with by the Dealer. Based on the service I received by Robert, I will now be returning as a loyal customer.
