They changed my cabin filter and left all the debris in the car that came out of the old filter on the floor. Also broke item that was on the passenger floor.

I appreciate the professionalism Bair demonstrates every time i deal with him. He listens to make sure he understands the concerns I have about my car, he added the concerns and then calls me once the concern has been identified. My vehicle needed a large amount of work so I was offered a rental and updated on progress. My husband says he notices the difference after the service was provided and is very pleased. I have learned to value Blair's integrity and professionalism. I trust him and know he will take care of the problem. I don't hesitate in taking my car to Avondale service department because I respect and value Tony Valencia and Blair Hummel. They are an invaluable asset to your service department and Nissan.

If I had sum up my experience with Brad Hallock into one word that word be amazing. As soon as I left the dealership I call my wife and told her that was one of the best experiences I ever had at the dealership. He was up front and completley honest. Nissan is very lucky to have an employee like Brad. I can tell you next time I have to have my car serviced again I will be making sure I talk to him. Thank you Brad!
