Julie as always is top notch with customer service. However there was a mechanic that came up to the counter with a very snarky attitude. If he’s a good mechanic, best to keep him the back room because customer service was not his forte’.
Rene was exceptional. He informed me of what was done and why, and also informed me of the next time that I will need maintenance on my car. While answering all of my questions.
