I love the customer service I get each and everytime I am in Avondale Nissan. Blair was amazing and he made me feel like more than "just" a customer. I have been dealing with tremendous family losses within the last 2 and a half years so things like this an alot. Thank you for tou kind service.

I am very satisfied with the service I get from Julie this is the second time in years that I bring my vehicle in and I’m taken care of like a customer should be taken care of I am so happy that I can bring my vehicle in and get everything done right the first time every time and more I can honestly say I get my worth in my vehicle and I feel very appreciated as a customer and I never have to waste my time trying to bring it in over and over again, Julie shouy be appreciated at Nissan as I believe she is a great asset to your company, there should be more workers like her that go above and beyond everytime. I can just call her she is very knowledgeable in vehicles and troubleshoots any question I may have over the phone always gets back to me even if it’s late, you could tell it’s not just a job for her, she is passionate about what she does and does things right the first time, I’m very happy my vehicle is in great hands. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Jose was very helpful. Unfortunately, the tire replacement service took far too long, 4 hours, while I waited. The techs broke and then had to replace one of the sensors on one wheel, and the alignment machine apparently quit working while my car was up in the air. In the end, I am happy that I have the new tires on my car that I needed, but am very unhappy with how long it took and the problems that occurred. The only reason I took my car to this dealership in this case in the first place is because the tires that I needed on my 370z were actually a bit cheaper than the same at Discount Tire. Big mistake on my part that won’t bappen again.

Hire more people like Julie. She is such a people person. She knows her job no doubt and she knows how to talk to people, she didn’t act like a robot who just talked about your car and let you leave. We talked like people not like I was her customer. She is funny, sweet, and definitely made my time there enjoyable. I’m going to be honest, I didn’t want to go because I didn’t want to be bored but she completely surprised me. I know for sure the next time I get my oil changed I am going to ask for Julie, and I’ve already told my Nissan owner friends to ask for her whenever they go in for any service.
