All questions good answer
He was helpful and got everything done the way he should. My problem is I’ve been in for 2 problems for my car since I got it about 6 months ago and even tho I didn’t have to pay for anything I feel as if I should get accommodated for my time. This was my first brand new car I’ve ever bought and I’ve gone to Nissan cause I’ve heard good things, but I’ve had 2 problems already.

José went above and beyond. He had my vehicle on time and when it was getting fixed he had a rental available. Very nice and capable person. I really appreciate how well he took care of my car

I waited for an hour and a half for an oil change, with a 7am appointment. The two other folks who checked in at the same time I did were done 45-an hour before I was. The serviceman I had was not able to check me in as he was on the phone the entire duration of my check in. He was also on the phone through a chunk of my check out process. Additionally, when I came in 6 months ago I was told “you’ll definitely need a new engine air filter next time” and then this time was told it does not need attention. This conflicting information does not help me put faith And trust into the service I am receiving.
Julie was very helpful and honest, she had all the answers to my questions and helped me decide on the service I specifically needed.
