Julie Spickerman is courteous and helpful. I will continue to use her as my service advisor.

I waited for over 30 minutes for service. Other service members were just talking and one just looking at his computer. Finally a young man walked up and I told him I had been waiting and he looked around at the other members whom were not busy and appeared to be agitated. I was asking him questions about my service because I had planned on getting a part. My service person that originally waited on me was not prestos I couldn’t ask him(Adam). Rene I think that was his name was agitated on the questions I was asking. I told him my husband was out of town so I needed to give him information. He became even more agitated. So I told him I didn’t want the part My experience was not good. Although my car is old—it’ was my dads car whom has passed. Either way, he expected the car was old and I told him that it’ was my Dad’s car. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Customer service was great. He went above and beyond. I was even offered a shuttle since job was going to take long to be completed.

Vehicle was returns to me with dirty finger prints on head liner. They did clean up the ones I found near the back window but I found more after I left over the driver’s seat and sun visor. There was a carpeted panel that I found behind the back seat that was not properly reinstalled. Push pins for the carpeted panel were falling out. My husband and I took some time to get the carpeted panel and push pins back where they belong. Vehicle interior was given back to me more dirty than when I brought it in to have service done.
