Took longer then expected. Appointment at 8, technician at 8:30 and not fixed until after 10. It was supposed to take 1 hour. The part was at the dealership for 2 weeks and no one contacted me. I had to call and ask. I’m not upset but I cannot say the experience was exceptional.
