I have been going there for a while to get my oil changes and have always had a good experience. My recent visit was the complete opposite. My appointment was to get an oil change and complete a recall that was out for my vehicle. I was told the recall and oil change would take around 3 hours. I advised the service advisor I would be taking an Uber home and to call me when my vehicle was completed. After about an hour after dropping off my vehicle I received a call that my vehicle was done, I asked if they were sure because it was way before the time I was told when I first got there. I was told yes it was and that he could send it to get a car wash to make it worth my time. I said ok and took another uber back to the dealership. When I arrived the service advisor had me sign the paper and gave me my keys back. I said well I still have to pay right and he said pay for what we only did the recall on it. I told him I was there for an oil change and the recall. He again told me they only completed the recall and he couldn’t charge me for something they didn’t do. I asked if they could complete the oil change and he told me they could to hang out for 20-30 mins. After waiting for another 30 mins the notified me that my vehicle was ready I paid for the oil change and returned to my vehicle as I got inside I noticed my vehicle was never even washed. I didn’t feel like waiting again to have my car washed so I just left. Like I stated earlier of all the past times I have visited your dealership I have always had a good experience. But they dropped the ball this time.
