This was our First visit To Avondale Nissan We recently purchased a Nissan and are longtime Nissan customers We decided to take our car in because the starter switch had an issue and it was covered by the manufacture unfortunately we did not realize that Avondale Nissan does not have good customer service. we were told the truck would be ready in two hours and it was not and we started to follow up with the service representative he did not answer phone calls or our voicemails, Later when I tried to reach out to the service manager I was told he was away from his desk and left a voicemail he also did not return his voicemail When a customer leaves a vehicle in for service and are given an estimated time we plan our day accordingly I had work and had to be dropped off and then later on picked up. I do not work close by We do not like to judge on a first time visit or first time experience we hope that we can once again go share a previous experience and we hope not to repeat it otherwise we will not be returning to this Nissan dealership for service or anything else
