We were waiting more than 3 hours from around 11:19 am to 2:47pm for oil change and tail light, nobody gave us any update as to what to do next. It was us who asked Another staff on the desk. He was kind to help us ( we were told Rene was on break yet), and signed us off without any charge since the service was completed. When we found out that the tail light was not functioning despite the bulb change, we came back to inquire about it. Rene was back from his break, and he told us we needed diagnostic.. and that we needed to pay despite being signed off already without charge, what was poor customer service was his approach when he said that he does not need to ask the other staff who signed us off as to why there was no charge placed because he is talking to us now???? And to think that he did not give us any update within the 3 hours that we were waiting...diagnostics could have been scheduled right then had we known it earlier. We have already spoken with Tony P. regarding the concern. We hope he would not do the same to other customers.

My service rep tried to over charge me and also stated he will only pay one day for my rental car regardless if my truck is not ready. I told Rene I was always taken care of her prior and he is comming across arrogant and just for the money he can get out if me. Then service tech Gilbert who worked on my vehicle ran toward me as I was already getting into my truck to leave as my truck was finally completed when he apologized to me about cracking and breaking my console as he was shocked Rene my service advisor failed to mention to me that I would have to come back for free in about a week to have that replaced as he had to order the part. I work two jobs further east and it's an big inconvenience when you have to come back and get little bit of sleep from working all night then what was told would take 30 mins to replace took almost two hours...

Julie is awesome and always very helpful. She is truly the only reason I come back every time. She has a GREAT attitude and always has a smile. She explains things well and genuinely cares about the customer and the product. When she has a day off I will wait for her to come back to bring in my vehicle. Definitely an A+++++ person to have on your team!!!!!!
