Brett was professional and personable. I didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch on purchasing other services. I felt he was providing good info and that we were working as a team to get a problem solved. It’s the first time I felt that way at this dealership. I hope to work with Brett again! Brett did an awesome job today! My key fob on my 2018 Pilot has eaten 3 batteries after buying the car new. After techs took a look at the problem, Brett told me they had swapped the battery and cleared the fault, but in the interest of good business, he was going to warranty my key fob. This really hit home with me. Thanks a lot Brett!

Gennifer was fantastic. Seriously. She is smart and also just seems to understand how to approach them. I have been a supervisor and manager for the federal government and have just over 32 years working for them. I can tell when someone gets it. That girl will go as far as she decides she wants to in the future. So you better enjoy the fact she is working for you right now. One last suggestion. The service guy’s inside were playing the worst music over the dealership speakers. It was like someone was barfing up all the worst dance club music from the 90’s. I would have waited outside for over an hour or more if it wasn’t so cold. That music isn’t played anymore for a reason. I am 54 and had to hear the crap when it was new. Just sayin. ???? Gennifer is the real subject and she was great. Thanks.
