The oil cap was never put back on after the oil change on 9/26, which made all the oil come out and splatter the whole engine and under the hood. Oil was dripping off the hood. It made the inside of my car smell like burning oil, which gave me headaches. I was told the air filter needed to be replaced soon and thought the oil smell was due to the air filter. Since then I thought i was smelling oil because of the filter. I drove 190 miles not knowing about this!!! Then this morning, the oil light came on, I opened the hood and saw oil everywhere! The guy who performed the change didn’t even screw on the wiper fluid cap on all the way! I asked for a tow truck to pick my car up this morning but was told I would have to pay out of pocket. So I had to drive 45 minutes with a safety hazard because of someone else’s negligence! I only was able to work for 20 minutes in Seattle then had to drive the car to the service center. This is an expensive and practically new car. Now I’m scared it’s going. To act up in a few years.
