The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't find what was wrong with our left rear brake light. It had been in there 5 times for that. Now it is beyond the warranty and will cost $254

My experience was very good. Especially cause this is the first major breakdown I have had. Also my first experience with having a warranty. Tracy and the staff at west hills Kia were great at keeping updated as well as taking care of dealing with the warranty company. I would recommend anyone to take their automobile to West Hills Kia. Chris always provides exceptional service when I visit Kia. He was quick to make me an appointment the next day. When I arrived today, he took time to advise me on needed repairs in addition to my original need for service. He was thorough in explaining costs for my future repairs. My car was returned cleaner than when it arrived for service. That makes me happy! I’ll be back!
