Richard was great. Absolutely no complaints. He wasn't in when my car had to be picked up on Saturday. I was a bit rushed because they told me they were done with my car 10 minutes before everyone closed but other than that the service was excellent. Thank you for doing a great job and keeping up on your communication. I really appreciate you all.

In October I purchased a cabin air filter with my oil change, first one since buying the car new. I mentioned this to the service tech, who then verified it in the system, and he said he would make a note of it. When I picked the car up next day, the cabin filter had been replaced and I was billed for it. The same thing occurred at WH Dodge when my truck was in for the same service. Not very pleased when I, the customer, is not listened to.

Yes, but kinda??.. the noise wasn’t diagnosed so I’m just gonna have to wait to see if it get worse.. but the guys did what they could to this point. I’ll be listening for any changes cause if it gets worse, it will have to be fixed!!

Mr. Mossman is a pleasure to coordinate with when my Kia is serviced. He's courteous, helpful, friendly, respectful, etc. I look forward to seeing him when my Kia is being serviced. Note: When I returned to my home and double checked oil level I noticed that when mechanic checked battery capacity he didn't snap positive terminal cover back into place. Positive terminal and fuses were left exposed.
