Richard was helpful and informative and the service techs did a great job with my 2014 Kia Soul. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see my car vacuumed in the front and had I cleared my back seat it may have been vacuumed as well. I was worried I was going to be nickel and dimed, but they were honest and fair. Thank you so much for showing what a good dealership and honest workers can be.

An oil change took forty five minutes. I would never had bought the package with knowing that wait time. Will not recommend anyone buy the package

I think this oil change should of been on Kia this time. I was there for almost 3 hours. I told them 2 times that I take synthetic oil and they still put in the regular oil. Then had to re drain it and put the correct oil in . Then was ready to leave and noticed they didn’t put the caps back on my air nozzle for my tires had to wait for them . And all this time I have a 4 year old with me . My time is important also . I was on time . So not happy at all. The advisor didn’t even mention a discount or was very sorry about what happened. ??????

The service required one and a half hours. The inspections and oil change are available at some establishments in about 15 minutes. The employees were pleasant and ask if I needed any thing. That was nice. In at 2:30 out at 4:00 not good.

I was provided great customer service by Cameron Anthony. I explained to him that I wasn’t exactly knowledgeable about the carbon air filter but was previously told it needed to be replaced. He had the workers look at it to verify and turns out that I wasn’t due for that part to be replaced yet. He saved me $52 that I didn’t really have.

Shane, did a great job, notified me of any issues with my vehicle. To top it off, Shane was courteous and made sure myself and my two year old had everything we needed during our time at the dealer.

He was very pleasant. He was not the one who checked me in. The young gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating make sure I got my shuttle home. Shane did a follow-up cell letting me know what they did on my car and make sure that I wanted the new filter put in and what problems they found and then what they did to my car. Very easy to talk to. He's a keeper
