The Service Department is the best part of West Hills Kia. The people are customer-oriented, the work is great, they are efficient, and they get you out as promised. Not crazy about the dealership in general, but their Service Department is tops.

OMG! Cameron is such the cutest thing that has walked the earth!!! Next to Richard Palmer anyway, those two are lady killers for sure. West Hills KIA is the absolute best ever!!!

Oil was changed but not the tag in the window telling me when my next oil change is due. Among other items that were not really addressed the way I'd have liked, it seemed I wasn't understood.
