Ken was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the status of my car, which was much appreciated. He went above and beyond by informing me on what work was recommended and how to properly maintain my vehicle. He also gave me the wifi password and a coupon to grab some coffee while I waited. I was very impressed with the different amenities Kia had to offer in order to accommodate me. 5 star service, keep Ken around!
